All Hollow Rain merchandise is made to order. Orders are fulfilled by our production partner, Printful, and may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on the product and delivery destination.
Processing Time
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Production times may occasionally be longer during high-volume periods or due to product availability. Printful Help Center

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, product, and shipping method. Domestic and international delivery times may differ. The estimated delivery information provided at checkout should be used as the most relevant estimate for your order.
Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping Costs

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Multiple Shipments
Products may sometimes be fulfilled at different facilities. As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately.
International Orders

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
